    We oversee the full short-term rental process, such as various site posting, oversee calendars, check-in and check-out process, cleaning management, point of contact for renter, short or long term contracts, etc. We go above and beyond to take care of all rental needs.

  • Security

    We check your home as frequently as you'd like, ensuring security systems are in working order, preparing your home for severe weather changes, being the emergency local contact, setting up light timers, checking utilities, etc. You will feel safer knowing you have eyes on the ground!

  • Home Maintenance

    We perform and oversee general home maintenance for the best guest and rental experience. If we cannot perform the service, we contract with trusted local companies, overseeing fumigation, air-conditioning maintenance, gardening, electrical/plumbing needs, and more. We will complete work on "gringo time."

  • Time Saving

    We coordinate with vendors, meet vendors at your home or off site, check for work completion, and open home for homeowner and guest visits. We want to help you!

We keep pricing simple.

  • $2000 MXN - $5000 MXN start up fee - dependent on online platform needs

    20%-25% on all rental bookings - dependent on price points

    $2000 MXN - $3000 MXN per month for Home Inspections/Security Checks - Four checks per month included 

  • $5000 MXN per month for Home Inspections/Security Checks

    Four checks per month included
    Varied Timing on all checks
    $ 600 MXN Additional checks per month/week as requested 

  • 375 Pesos (for clients) or 500 Pesos (for non-clients) per hour for maintenance services
    20% up-charge or hourly charge for purchasing goods - dependent on the product

  • Negotiated price based on project cost and needs
