Rental Management

We oversee the full short-term rental process, such as various site posting, oversee calendars, check-in and check-out process, cleaning management, point of contact for renter, short or long term contracts, etc. 
We will go above and beyond to take care of all rental needs. ​

Security

We check your home as frequently as you'd like, ensuring security systems are in working order, preparing your home for severe weather changes, being the emergency local contact, setting up light timers, checking utilities, etc. You will feel safer knowing you have eyes on the ground! 

Home Maintenance

General home maintenance for the best guest and rental experience. If we cannot perform the service, we contract with trusted local companies, overseeing fumigation, air-conditioning maintenance, gardening, electrical/plumbing needs, and more.
We will complete work on "gringo time."

Owners Representative

Building a home in Baja is not a simple task! We provide checks to insure work is being done properly at every step of the way.  This is essential for maintaining your construction timeline and for completing quality work. We have overseen large and small scale work, while always putting the owners' minds at ease. 

Time Saving

Coordinating with vendors, meeting vendors at your home or off site, checking for work completion, opening home for homeowner and guest visits, and coordinating airport pick up and drop off.
