We started Tu Casa Concierge Property Management in 2018 as a small family run business. Prior, Eagle County Colorado was home before making the move to Baja to fulfill a dream for our family. Our knowledge and abilities have grown over the past years as we've built our professional and personal community. Success in Baja is based on relationships, and this is by far our main focus and biggest asset.

We've navigated the build process, gone through all seasons of Baja, started and are running two thriving businesses, and are continuous learners of the ins and outs of Mexican systems... all while raising two energetic boys! We take pride in being a Mexican Corporation - TCCPM S DE RL DE CV. We currently manage over 50 properties, and recently added Safe Storage Baja Sur to our business profile.

Tu Casa oversees rentals in El Pescadero, Cerritos, and South Cerritos. We must be within a 5 minute drive to all homes from our home and office. Our services are geared to make all homeowners and guests feel at ease, providing services on gringo time, while honoring and respecting the customs and culture of this beautiful place we call home. We understand the need for customer service, continued communication, quality control, and complete trust in all aspects of business.

  • Alex Verinis

    Founder, Owner, and Chief Operating Officer

    Alex assesses, oversees, and manages all the on-the-ground work for Tu Casa. He is in the homes for security checks, small fixes, quality control, and general problem solving needs. He worked within the construction management, design, carpentry and home maintenance fields for the last 20 years in Colorado, California and Connecticut, as well as the major construction firm, Turner Construction. Alex also worked for the Colorado Department of Transportation as a project designer, materials tester, and heavy equipment operator. Alex has a business and environmental studies degree, is LEED certified, and has lived, worked and owned businesses in Baja, California, Vermont, Connecticut, and Colorado.

  • Rachel Verinis

    Founder, Owner, Chief Executive Officer

    Rachel oversees the larger systems for Tu Casa financials, visioning, and personnel management. She is the initial contact for current owners plus acquisitions of new clients. Rachel previously worked within the school system, having over 15 years experience in education as a teacher, counselor, and administrator.  Rachel has an undergraduate degree English Literature and Education from the University of Colorado, Master's of Social Work from Southern Illinois University, and a Colorado School Principal License from Mesa State. Rachel has lived and worked in Illinois, Colorado, China, and Thailand, but loves life now living full time and working in Baja California Sur, Mexico.

  • Meghan Dohnal

    Guest Services Manager, Billing Manager

    Meghan oversees communication and organization in all matters of guest services for Tu Casa. She is the primary team member responding to guest questions on the rental platforms, checking in on travel days, as well as, addressing needs during the guest’s stay. Additionally, Meghan handles owner invoicing, which takes incredible organization and communication. Meghan grew up in Chicago then moved to Todos Santos in 2017. She now lives here full time with her partner and two young kids. Meghan’s background is in nutrition and kinesiology, but customer service, organizational skills, and being a positive team member are her absolute strengths.

  • Daniel Eduardo Castro Carballo

    Human Resources Manager, Office Manager

    Danny has a strong focus on loyalty, respect, communication, and responsibility. His skills of process streamlining, delivering cost-saving strategies, resource management, and excellent customer service keep Tu Casa in an upward movement. His leadership and relational building within our community make the Tu Casa team strong. Danny was born in La Paz, but grew up in Arizona. He moved back to Mexico where he lives with his wife and four daughters. Danny has a background in event planning facilitation, hotel office management and bookkeeping —which all align perfectly within his current management role within Tu Casa.

    Moral Support

    Corbin and Sal are our rambunctious, energetic, intelligent, and hilariously fun boys. They are learning how to be good people in this crazy world. 

    Revy Engine Fatty Burrito, Birdie, Tomato, and our newest family member Bean are the dogs that keep us crazy and sane all at the same time. We love coming home to our Baja mutts and would adopt 12 more if we had just a few more hours in the day.

    Our circus is our moral support.  Corbin and Sal are great at reminding us what is really important in this world. The pups are perfect at welcoming us home with unconditional happiness and love.
